Wedding Toasts for the Bride & Groom

Wedding toasts generally take place once everyone is seated or has their food, or at the commencement of the dancing. This can be a toast from the Bride’s parents, Groom’s parents, Maid or Matron of Honor, Best Man, or someone else close to the couple. Keeping your toasts limited to 2-3 people, at a maximum of 3 minutes each will keep everyone’s attention to what’s going on and ensure that the party won’t stop after the fact. We recommend asking these people ahead of time if they’d like to make a toast at the reception to keep the timing right and the nerves low. The bride and groom will also pose for a toast at the cutting of the cake. The wedding toasts can also happen during this time if you’d like. Totally up to you to personalize your big day!
